Article 1 - Identity of the seller
Sisibo, a Belgian SRL operating its online sales under the trade name "Vigilento" via the website vigilento.com. Registered office: [adresse du siège social à compléter].
Enterprise number (BCE): 0713.935.737 - VAT: BE 0713 935 737.
Email: contact@vigilento.com.
Article 2 - Purpose and acceptance
These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by the Seller to the Customer via vigilento.com.
Any order placed on the website implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The Customer acknowledges having read them before validating their order. The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; the Terms applicable to an order are those in force at the time of its validation.
Article 3 - Business model (dropshipping)
The Customer is informed that Sisibo sells its products under a dropshipping model. This means that Sisibo does not physically hold stock: products are shipped directly to the Customer by supplier partners, which may be located in Belgium, in the European Union, or outside the EU (notably in Asia).
Consequences for the Customer:
- delivery times are generally longer than for a standard e-commerce shop (see Article 7);
- some parcels may be shipped from abroad and pass through customs;
- Sisibo nevertheless remains the sole legal counterparty of the Customer and assumes all seller obligations under Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, including product conformity, legal warranties, and right of withdrawal.
Article 4 - Products
The products offered for sale are those appearing on vigilento.com at the time of consultation by the Customer, subject to stock availability at our suppliers.
Essential characteristics (description, composition, dimensions, images) are shown on each product page. Photographs are provided for illustration and are not contractual.
If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the Customer will be informed by email and may choose between (i) a full refund within 14 days, or (ii) a product of equivalent quality and price.
Sisibo only sells products compliant with applicable European legislation (CE marking where required, REACH restrictions, safety standards).
Article 5 - Prices
Prices are shown in Euros (EUR), including all taxes (Belgian VAT 21% unless reduced rates apply), excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed in the order summary before validation.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the applicable price is the one in force when the order is validated.
Customs duties and import taxes: for shipments from non-EU countries, Sisibo applies the EU IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) regime for orders under 150 EUR, VAT being collected at the time of payment and no additional fee being due upon delivery. For orders over 150 EUR from non-EU countries, customs duties may apply and remain the responsibility of the Customer, in accordance with the customs regulations of their country of destination.
Products remain the property of Sisibo until full payment is received.
Article 6 - Order and payment
The order is deemed placed when the Customer has (i) selected products and added them to the cart, (ii) validated delivery details, (iii) expressly accepted these Terms, and (iv) proceeded to payment.
The Customer will receive a confirmation email summarizing the order. This email constitutes acceptance of the order by the Seller and conclusion of the sales contract.
Payment is made online at the time of order, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Bancontact, Apple Pay or Google Pay, via our secure payment provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. No banking data is stored on the Seller's servers.
The order will only be transmitted to the supplier and shipped after the payment has been effectively received.
Article 7 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order, in the countries served by Sisibo.
Delivery times: due to the dropshipping model, total time between order and delivery is typically 15 to 30 business days, including order processing by the supplier, international shipping, and possible customs clearance. These times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, product availability, and logistics.
The Customer is informed on each product page of the probable origin of shipment (EU or non-EU).
Maximum delivery delay: in accordance with Article VI.43 §1 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, if the Seller has not delivered the product within a maximum of 30 days following the conclusion of the contract, or within any additional reasonable period granted by the Customer, the Customer has the right to terminate the contract as of right. Sisibo undertakes to fully refund the Customer within fourteen (14) days from the termination.
Delivery is free on orders over 100 EUR. Below that, shipping fees are displayed before payment.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Customer when they physically take possession of the product, in accordance with Article VI.44 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
Any significant delay or delivery issue must be reported to the Seller at contact@vigilento.com. Sisibo undertakes to follow up with the supplier and carrier and find a solution (reshipment, refund) as quickly as possible.
Article 8 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles VI.47 to VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product (or the last product in case of multiple orders) to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify the reasons or pay any penalties other than those provided below.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement sent by email to contact@vigilento.com or by post to the registered office address. The Customer may use the withdrawal form below.
The product must be returned to the Seller (or to the address we will indicate in our response to your withdrawal notification, which may be that of the supplier), in its original packaging, in perfect condition, with all its accessories, no later than fourteen (14) days after communication of the withdrawal decision.
Return costs: direct costs of returning the product are borne by the Customer. Due to the dropshipping model, products may need to be returned internationally, which may entail significant costs. The Customer is invited to request a return quote from Sisibo before shipping. In some cases, Sisibo may offer an alternative solution (refund without return, goodwill).
The refund will be made no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the product or the Customer's proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method.
Exceptions: in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: custom-made or personalized goods, sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed, goods that by their nature are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery, and sealed audio/video recordings or software once unsealed.

In any case, Sisibo's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order, excluding indirect damages.
Article 11 - Personal data
The processing of the Customer's personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, compliant with the GDPR. Article 14 - Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, and after attempting an amicable solution, the courts of the judicial district of Sisibo's registered office have sole jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers residing in other EU Member States, which allow them to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.
Article 15 - Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, such nullity shall not affect the validity of the other provisions, which shall remain in full force.
The failure of Sisibo to rely on any provision of these Terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to rely on such provision at a later date.
